Dave and Linda were great hosts, the food was amazing especially the evening meal. We stayed in the snug which was like a home from home and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. Staying again in September..

The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of homemade breads, jams, and fresh fruit. the hosts were very helpful and provided recommendations for local attractions and dining options. the location was peaceful and perfect for a weekend getaway.
The narrow hedgerows on the way to the hotel were a bit challenging to navigate. the rooms were not as well-appointed as I had expected, lacking some modern amenities.

The location of this hotel was quite nice; it is surrounded by a beautiful garden and you can see many flowers in bloom. the hotel staff were happy to offer advice and tips about the local area. we found a good local pub right nearby.
We did have a bit of a problem finding parking for our car.

Arriving at this hotel felt like entering an oasis, with the peaceful and charming atmosphere of the venue. the room was beautifully presented, with exclusive amenities, such as a private outdoor dining area, and a stunning view from the window. The service was impeccable - the staff fulfilled every luxurious need, providing fresh tea and coffee on arrival and preparing a delicious breakfast, with locally sourced produce, which was served in an idyllic setting. Cons: the location was a bit of a challenge, as the roads leading to the venue were extremely narrow, which made it difficult to navigate with a larger vehicle. I had an absolutely delightful experience at this hotel. the serene environment, exclusive amenities, exceptional service and idyllic settings made this a perfect place to rest and rejuvenate.

Spent easter at a hidden gem in the countryside. The location was fantastic: a secluded farmhouse surrounded by fields and trees. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The highlight was the delicious breakfast, with locally sourced ingredients and homemade bread.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in a cozy farmhouse. The toasty log fire and cake reception were a warm welcome after a long drive. The hosts were really lovely and even gave us a lift to and from the pub for dinner when our car got stranded. They also booked us tables at the recommended pubs. The breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the peaceful location was perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The rural location, which required driving to get to the nearby pubs or amenities.
